Help 'Em Up

Warranty:

1-year Warranty

Paw Prosper warrants all harnesses, walking accessories, and specialty items
against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover
defects caused by accidents, damage due to excessive wear, abuse,
modifications, or alterations.

Exchange Policy

If necessary, harness products purchased directly from Paw Prosper may be
exchanged within 14 days (10 business days) of receipt for a size
exchange or exchange of style for the rear hip-lift harness
 (conventional
or u-band) only. This is referred to as a size exchange or a SWAP of the rear
hip lift. We will cover the cost to ship this new item to you, but you are
responsible for return shipping fees back to us for your exchange. All our
accessories and specialty devices are not eligible for an exchange. Please
email or call ahead for authorization to make your exchange with us
.

Returns and Refunds:

The Help ‘Em Up® Harness is a highly specialized therapeutic device. We do not
accept any returns. Limited exceptions are only made for never-worn
products in an unopened package within 14 days (10 business days).

unopened package within 14 days (or 10 business days) of order receipt.

Returns of used products are not eligible for a refund and will be returned at
the customer’s expense or donated to an animal rescue or shelter.

A refund for a never-used/unopened product does not include shipping or
handling charges. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds are
processed within 2 (two) weeks after we are in receipt of your
unopened/never-used product and will be credited back to your original form of
payment, less the shipping charge.

Returns and Refunds:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving
your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at messages@walkinpets.com. Please note
that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 16304 E 32nd

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Eligibility

All products MUST be in a like-new, undamaged
condition
 from a smoke-free environment to receive a
full refund, minus charges (restocking fee & postal costs).

All products MUST be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Items returned will NOT be eligible for a
refund.

We will NOT accept returns on any products that our inspection team is unable to make like new. This includes but is not limited to damage, hair & smells.

An RMA number is required when returning any item. ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA# WILL NOT BE CREDITED! Please contact customer care on messages@walkinpets.com

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days of us
receiving the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,

Returns and Refunds:

Respond Systems, Inc. allows for returns within 15-days from
receipt of the product subject to the following:

- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded

- A $60 restock fee for retesting, calibration and cleaning
will apply to all laser products returned in the 15-day window. $30 for PEMF
dog bed systems. $80 for Sentry Blankets

- Returns only accepted if received within 5-days of return notification by
customer. No returns accepted after 15-days from initial receipt of product.

Refund Policy:

Product can be returned within 15-days of receipt and in clean, working
condition and a refund will be issued minus a restock fee listed above and any
return shipping expenses. Returns that are missing components or are broken,
damaged, stained or misused will not be accepted.

FitPaws

Warranty:

FitPaws warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from
manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the invoice date.
If your product show signs of defective manufacturing during that time, please
contact us at:

Your remedy under this warranty is limited to the replacement of your product
by FitPaws. All shipping and return costs shall be at your own expense. If it
is determined that your product shows signs of defective manufacturing, FitPaws
shall replace such product within 90 days after receipt by FitPaws of the
returned product. In the event the product is no longer distributed by FitPaws,
FitPaws shall provide you with a comparable product, in its sole discretion.
This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by the negligence
of you or others, failure to use or maintain the product in accordance with the
instructions furnished, unreasonable use or acts, accidents, alterations or
ordinary wear and tear.

FitPaws shall not be responsible or liable for indirect or
consequential damages of any kind, with respect to persons, business or
property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise.
The liability of FitPaws shall be limited to the replacement of the product not
meeting the quality and specifications warranted, no other warranty, express or
implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose shall apply. Any such implied warranties are expressly
disclaimed in the event applicable law prevents the disclaimer of any implied
warranties, such implied warranty shall be limited to the duration of the
express warranty set forth above.

Returns and Refunds:

You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for each
item that you are returning. Then, simply box up your item(s) in the original
packaging and send the box back to us. Your original form of payment will be
refunded within 7 business days from when we receive the returned product(s)
less applicable deductions (see below for details).

You can return your FitPaws product within 30 days of receipt (some exclusions
apply). When your return is received back to our warehouse, we will refund your
original purchase less shipping charges, which are non-refundable, and
applicable return shipping fees* (see below for details).

Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do
not accept returns or exchanges that are not in the original packaging.

*We charge a small return shipping fee of 10% of MSRP on all
products that are eligible for returns. If you are returning multiple small
products in one box, you will only be charged one return shipping fee.

Your original form of payment will be refunded within 7 business days from
when we receive the returned product(s) less applicable deductions.

K9 Carts

Returns and Refunds:

WHEELCHAIRES

We offer a 15-day trial period to give you plenty of time to try your pet in
its new wheelchair – this applies to refundable carts only. The 15-days start
the day you receive your K9 Cart.

ACCESSORIES


(includes: Help Em Up Harnesses & Walking Accessories, EZ Lift, Woodrow
Wear Power Paws, PoochPad Diapers/Potty Pads/Kennel Pads/Ultra Dry Beds, All
Walkabout brand products, & Ultra Paws brand products.)

Returns, exchanges, and refunds can be made up to fifteen
(15) days from the date you received your order minus a 5% restocking fee (a
20% restocking fee applies to Help Em Up Harnesses & Walking Accessories).
K9 Carts will not accept any accessory or nursing care product back for refund
or exchange unless the item can be sold as new, (clean with zero traces of pet
hair, dirt, odor, etc.) to another client. If returned in any other condition
but new, cleaning fees will be deducted from refund.


Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for
return shipping.

Non-Refundable Carts:

We do not offer a refund on the following carts:


Specialty Carts – made for any pet other than a dog or
cat (goats, deer, chickens etc.) or pets with special needs that cannot be met
with our standard carts.


This also includes any XXS small wheelchairs built for pets under 6 lbs and XXL
wheelchairs built for pets over 115 lbs..

You will be refunded 70% of the cost of the cart as long as
the cart is returned within 15 days, clean, and in like new condition. CHARGES
WILL BE APPLIED IF THE CART IS RETURNED IN LESS THAN NEW CONDITION (NEEDS
CLEANING, REFURBISHING OR REPAIRS). SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMER
PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.



Refunds for Orders placed with affirm payment will be charged the affirm fees,
which are non-refundable.

Muffin's Halo

Exchange Policy

If necessary, your Muffin's Halo purchased directly from our website may be
exchanged within 14 days (10 business days) of receipt for a size
or halo exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping fees for
your exchange. Please email or call ahead for authorization to make your
exchange with us!

device. We do not accept any returns. Limited exceptions
