 Lay the Walkin’ Up-n-Go Leash on the ground behind your dog.

One at a time, place a hind leg into each loop.

Raise the loops and adjust the pads
to fit comfortably underneath your dog.

Adjust the length of the leash handle so you can comfortably assist your dog.

Hold the Walkin’ Up-n-Go Leash above the dog’s hips, not over the tail, to provide optimal support.

Yes! The Up-n-Go leash is designed to help pet parents safely support their dogs and help them get outside to relieve themselves. 

Can both male and female dogs use it?

Yes! The Up-n-Go leash has a loop design for the leg rings that makes it comfortable for male dogs and female dogs.

Will the leash stay on if I am not holding onto it?

If you are not applying pressure to the Up-n-Go leash it will slide down your dog’s legs.

Is the leash height adjustable?

The leash handle has an adjustment to modify the length of the leash for your comfort. The leg loops adjust to allow pet parents to get a snug fit around their dog’s legs. 

Adjustable leg loop size ranges: Up-n-Go Mini: 4″- 8″   Up-n-Go: 6″-12″

Can the Up-n-Go Leash be used to get my dog in or out of the car?

The Up-n-Go Leash may be used to gently assist your pet in and out of a vehicle, however it is not intended to pick them up completely. If you need a harness to lift your dog’s full body weight, we recommend the Walkin' Buddy Up Harness.

Can I lift my pet with the Up-n-Go Leash?

The Up-n-Go leash is not intended to completely lift your pet off the ground; it is designed to help you stabilize and gently support your dog when they need to stand up and walk around. If you need a full body support harness to lift your dog completely, we recommend the Buddy Up Harness.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax for items shipped to the following states: FL, CA, PA, NV, IL, TX, and NJ.

How long does it take to get my order?

Our mission is to ensure that your shipment arrives to you and your pet as quickly as possible. We make every effort to fulfill orders within24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our shipping department processes products Monday through Friday. We partner with multiple carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to assist with delivery. Shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days, unless an Overnight option is chosen. For international shipments, delivery times are guaranteed up to Customs within that same time frame.
